Broadview Towers is a 24 unit condominium with sweeping views of the St John's River and downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Broadview Towers is located next to Memorial Park and within easy walking distance of restaurants, stores and amenities of the historic Five Points neighborhood. The 13 story building was constructed in 1974. 

The Condominium Association is a non-profit corporation created to manage common elements and the structure of the building, coordinate neighborhood communications, and help preserve property values. The 7 board members are elected annually by the unit owners.
